Introduction:
These are three CROSSMEMBER Checking Fixtures we made for our Canadian customer APO which is our new customer this year. This project including eight checking fixtures in total offers us the chance to build cooperation relationship. These checking fixtures will be used for GM A2XX project.

The important characteristic of MID CROSSMEMBER Checking Fixture is that this checking fixture will be used to inspect three parts. To meet this requirement, we design three exchangeable checking units. These removable units will make sure that holes below these three parts can be checked! The profile of part will be checked through ring gauge with simulated shape of part! Besides, we make a welding base plate to keep the main frame of CF have enough strength!
