Measuring standard: When measuring the precision of the gage, the reference hole above the base shall prevail, and the reference hole shall use standard parts. The size of the aperture shall be determined according to the condition of the gage, and there shall be a matching reference ball mounting base and a reference ball dust cover.
When the reference hole is processed, a reference sleeve must be added inside the hole. The reference sleeve protrudes 3 mm from the surface of the base and has an inner diameter of Ø10H7. The surface quality requirement is Ra0.8.
