operation sequence
1.Visual inspection to check part sharp edges ,cracks and burrs.
2.Open all the clamps,rotating mechanismes,load the part on the body.
3.Adjusting the part keep it well contact nets.
4. When the product is tested, the A3 zero-stick limit pin is taken out.
5. Turn off the flip mechanism.
6. Insert the B/C and C2 limit pins after fixing the product with B/C and C2 pins.
7.Close clamp 1-3.
8.Do CMM inspection.
9.Recording results on the inspection sheet.
10.Open all the clamps,rotating mechanismes take the part out of the gauge.
